RYTE TRACK RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Custom-Made Products All our products are individually manufactured to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of production, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
Before ordering, carefully review the size chart on each product page. If you have sizing questions, contact us at rytetrack2020@gmail.com before placing your order.
Eligible Returns We accept returns only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Manufacturing errors
Return Process Contact us at rytetrack2020@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal EU customers may cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided items are unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Note: Custom-made items may be exempt from this right under EU consumer law.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days.
